Big Bags or FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) are specialised packaging solutions. PPFL Aluminium liners are bespoke designed to fit neatly inside the FIBC Big Bag, providing excellent barrier properties to moisture, gas, light and aroma during storage and distribution.

FIBCs with a PPFL Aluminium liner insert offer’ excellent containment, preservation, and protection for a wide range of bulk materials, including powders, granules, and other food and non-food hygroscopic materials. The outer polypropylene FIBC Big Bag offers support and strength to hold up to 1500kgs, whilst the Aluminium liner insert, provides a high barrier, preventing moisture, light and external elements from coming into contact with your expensive product, ensuring the products integrity and quality remains intact during storage and distribution. A specialised valve can be added to the Aluminium liner if required for bulk vacuum packing or bulk modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) applications.
